• Welcome Bonus: A bonus is available on your first deposit at a specified rate. A ×15 wagering requirement must be met before withdrawals can be processed.
• Before withdrawing a bonus, bets must be placed at the required minimum odds (generally 1.75 or higher).
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is prohibited.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for the related bet will be refunded.

• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbgo11 and may result in immediate account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bbgo11's systems.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Misleading or defrauding other users.
• Spreading false information or making defamatory statements against bbgo11.

Bbgo11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification is not completed, or if false documents are submitted.
• If unusual betting patterns or suspicious transactions are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Any valid balance in a suspended or closed account will be returned after the investigation is complete. If no violations are found, the balance will be refunded.
